If I am a German, what I did was way too little for a free day.
I woke up around 8am. Looking over the other side of the bed, Donkoi was playing his note3 again; but at least he kept his promise for not leaving me waking up to a bed all by myself. Does it matter he is not around? Am I afraid of some bed monsters? The answer is NO. I am just trying keep the noise making animal at a place that he can't switch on an action movie at the maximum volume, at least during the precious weekends.
Beginning of the day, I have spent some times to determine which cheaper hiking poles can better suit our Peru trip. Cheaper here means less than $25 per pole. It was an astonishment that hiking pole can be quite expensive also.
Then, I continued my Internet window shopping for a backpack. Somehow, I don't think all my lady like bag is suitable for going to places like Peru. I am eying a herschel little america now.
Lunch, then did 45 min of yoga. The weather was too good not to fall asleep. I had my usual weekend afternoon nap.
The next thing I know was I waking up to a nuisance wake up call telling me that it is time to go to work. Mischievous and cute. :)
Certainly, it was time to prepare to go to Bee Chin's house for hot pot or in German, heiß Topf. As usual, we were spoilt with the amount of food from different chefs. Wanton, popped chicken, pandan cake, glutinous rice dessert, ginger Brown sugar soup with quill and not to miss from the list - tones of steamboat ingredients. After meal, we watched a meaningful show together - Big Mike. I was trudly convinced that there is some good samaritan mingling in us...
What a good Sunday!
