My grandma married a Malaysian and migrated to Malaysia from China with proper documentation during the early 1950. As she was not a home-bred Malaysian, my grandmother was given the "red" identity card when Malaysia finally gained the independence in 1957. That has put a mark on her profile for the next 56 years. She is neither allowed to vote nor enjoy all the "goodies" given out by the BN government though she has given birth to 7 Malaysian children.
My helpless self shrugged the shoulder when I saw this video. This unsophisticated political tactic is exactly what the GE13 has to flush out. Say no to the dirty politic; say yes to a true Malaysian citizenship for my grandma. Ini Kalilah!
