Donkoi just said that he made a reservation at Maestro's at the Van Dam. When I first arrived at Saratoga Springs, this place was still under renovation. It did not appear to be interesting in any way. However, during the Skidmore graduation weekend, this place was swamped with eaters in their summer outfits. I am sampling it out tonight. Hopefully, my limited wardrobe is able to match the elegant ambiance of the restaurant. Are we celebrating anything? None that I am aware of. :)
