My first cheongsam

For Aki's Wedding, she wanted us as the Jie Mei to wear cheongsam to align with her traditional wedding. So, I used a few shopping trips to hunt down the off-shelf cheongsam. I even stepped in Maison De Poupee after scoping a nice cheongsam from the outside of its window while driving past the shop. That cheongsam workmanship was perfect. However, I tainted all the displayed wedding dresses with splashing blood from my throat after hearing the price. You don't want to know the price. >,<

After a few failing attempts to get this item crossed from the list, Aki introduced Auntie Lily to us. I went to her place for 4 times to sort out the measurement, material sorting and fitting. It was quite a hectic schedule for me to make my time during weekdays to sort this out because I was flying down to Singapore during last last weekend. Finally on 24th of July 2010 morning, cheng cheng* Oh, do not forget the bestest cherry, who woke up very early on a Saturday morning to help me to transform into this beautiful lady. Thank you thank you thank you, cherry. Muaks! (She made an entry about my make-up trip to her place too. I can't help to love her a little bit more than last Friday.)
