Wow, it was almost two and half year ago since I said that I wanted to pick up ping pong! [old chunk, that take me so long to find through my achieve]
Anyway, I have recently picked up my ping pong bat again after keeping it inside my drawer for more than one~two year. The last time I hit a ping pong ball should be a gossiping session between Ah B and I months ago. It was never serious, until lately I signed up to play in my company tournament. My captain is really a patient guy. He scarified his Friday evening to give extra training to a beginner like me and many other from his department. Kudos to my captain.
One day before my birthday, I won my first mixed-double match. Nothing feel better than that for that short spur of moment. Lucky + a good partner to cover me definitely making a difference. :)
Yesterday, my team @ "char sou" won the quarter final. So, we are the last four. Disbelieving until this moment. Of course, the victory is contributed mainly by our male players. Nevertheless, winning gives a sort of happiness, which I have not feeling since I was a kid because I was always weak in sport.
Brought some photo from my battlefield, but forgot my cable in the office. Will post photo of the handsome "char sou" players when I am free. Tell me which one you like the best later. Wish me luck in my semi-final tomorrow. :)
