1. I went to Batu Maung with Donkoi for lunch. We went to Zul's nasi kandar. But, donkoi rated it ***/5* and I said ****/5*. After the lunch, Donkoi and I went to take a stroll. Under big hot sun?? No. The weather was rather kind on us. The sun was hiding behind the cloud. Even with long sleeves collar shirt, I did not sweat a bit. Donkoi showed me a big antenna on the rooftop of a shop. I forgot what is the full name of the shop. The shop is actually providing live feed of horse races. What an interesting shop in lut alut Batu Maung for auntie and ah pek to "car big bomb" (boost) about their stories and investments in the horses.
2. I played ping pong in the company tournament. Can't even cross the ping pong properly. Feel so sorry for my team mates as they cheered really hard and my captain even sacrificed his Friday night to practice with me. Paiseh~** However, I did learn and practice more with my captain after the losing match. Glad! My captain is the best and most patient captain in the universe! V(^^)V
3. Someone in the office came forward to tell me that she was my junior in high school. I was not very sure how we were related in school last time. So, I asked my first question on the checklist, "You were a ranger as well?" [Nope] "Hmmph, then???" [Many people told me about you.] {Silence...} Illustrate more(+), please. I don't go around telling everyone that I am peng peng hwa hwa girl, even though I am so Proud of it. By the end, I did not figure it out from her. However, she beat me flat in the ping pong match. Sien diao... :-P
4. Ah B called! I miss him already. It feels so awkward to walk past his cube without sitting in to crap/snake a bit. I tried not to feel sad even until the day he packed everything in the box and left the office. Eventually, as days passed by, I recognized my upset, then, I felt so relief. It is complicated, yet I understand what I say. Living in denial state is the worst thing you can do to yourself.
5. Received e-mail from Ah B's new company. May not be the first mail, but I made myself believing that I am among the first few. Happy-lah!
6. Got reminded that it was a year ago since I last saw Alvina. I still could not believe that we walked a few blocks in cold wind to go to Safeway to buy ingredients to make pasta in the coffee maker. The click among ourselves way back in the junior high was still vividly strong when we met last year. By just sitting next to each other in silence, I was still perfectly comfortable. There was no obligation to keep talking/strike up new conversation. Old friends are the best! Anyway, Happy Merdeka Day, Alvina! (I bet she forgot it again~)
7. Mum cooked my favourite soup again. I ate it with a lot of vegetable. I am a hopping bunny!
8. Found new album of David Tao, Jam Siao and Tanya. Listening to new melody. Humming according to the tunes. Heng-Put-Ta. (Korean way to say "I'm very blessed")
9. By just typing out and writting my happi-ness, I am happy too. :)
