While waiting for food, we decided to create a six-beauties Sabah tour promotion.

After lunch, we were welcomed by a comfortable 20-seat coach. It marked the start of our 3-hour cruise from the KK-town to Kota Kinabalu National Park. It was drizzling at first, then, raining cats and dogs outside of the bus.

The bus is nice, but the travel agency is s*cks.

We arrived at KK airport by noon time with drum rolling stomach. Though a west Malaysian doesn't need to carry a passport to enter Sabah, the emigrants still check the identity card and issue a temporary 90-days permit for us. Back then, I would say the queue was long enough to give me times to build up the frustration. In order to avoid this, I think I will carry my passport next trip to enter the passport lane, which is totally empty.
After coming through the emigration point, the KK airport looked clean with nicely-stacked of brochures for tourist to take a glimpse of the beauty of the state through pictures and words. We went to have lunch at this local-operating restaurant. I was so satisfied with the fish rice set, which was serving a generous amount of fish in single plate in compasion to the chinese food restaurant in Penang.

We stopped by the handicraft center on our way up to national park. I saw banana and got as excited as the orang utan. Donkoi bought a comb of banana, which only cost us RM2.50. So cheap yet so nice. Khai Ting went to buy two pairs of rubber shoes as she could sense that her shoes were not at their best condition, which ended out to be true at last during our way up to Laban Rata.

We brought together with us the rain to the National Park by sometimes near 5o'clock. After the registration, we were brought to our hostel of the night. At a location 2000 meters above sea level together with the rain, the temperature came close to Genting Higlands in the middle of the night. By 630pm, the whole area was dark and quiet, with only the melody of raindrops falling on the rooftops. We had our dinner at the National Park restaurants, which impressed me with tasty food. Besides, the dormitory was clean and cozy, making the first night rest a comfortable experience.
