First celebration went off on one anxious Friday afternoon. Mum was in the operation room and I was basically counting down to the minute I can leave the office. Then, my counterpart from US, who was visiting Penang, sent out a mail. He mentioned in the mail that he would like to pre-celebrate his(7/9), Khoon Seang(7/9) and my birthday. Everyone started to wish me "Happy Birthday" during the cake eating session. I went like this, "I still have 15 more days..." *Denial state*
Second celebration was done during our director's birthday. He came all the way from Santa Cruz to celebrate his birthday with all the September babies in the department. *you can tell that I am joking, right?* He happened to be here on a business trip. *serious*
Third cake was actually bought by Donkoi. However, we were too full to take in another cake after our hard battle in Kampachi with sashimi, lobsters, oysters, udon, tempura and assorted of sushi. *I am making myself hungry now* Thus, I kept it to share with my aunt on the next morning before we went for Thai food as my birthday lunch.
Fourth cake was a rum cake from a bunch of cool girl friends. The cake was bought from our usual bakery, Janice. We went to celebrate in Seoul Garden. I tried to order sea weed soup, but the shop did not have that. Recalling back, I had neither sea weed soup nor red egg with mianxian on my birthday. I can still be considered as 24, I guess. Ha!
Anyway, enjoy the photo. I tried to fix the speed at the fastest as I know nowadays people are very busy to fly around. *Don't try to act dumb, I am saying you.
