Last Saturday was one of the meaningful weekend, which gave satisfaction so much more than shopping in mall (though I love shopping). I reached out people, who are less fortunate compared to myself. Together with committee members from my company community team, we visited the YRJS Handicapped Children Home, which is located in Butterworth.
A fews week before our trip to the home, mails were sent out to seek assistance from all the members in the company to contribute the monthly needed items, such as rice, milk, sugar and etc. During the collection period, the donated items filled up at least a space of 6-cube-size. Due the overwhelming respond, eight full cars were needed to deliver all the items to the home from our company.
Upon arrival, we organized a small-scaled lunch party for the residents in the home. As some of the children are not capable to their coordination of their movements, some of the committee members, including me, volunteered to feed the kids. During the feeding process, I had the chance to chat with one of the caretakers in the home. Through our conversation, she seemed to know the details as well as the preference of each of the kids. The selfish less passion she has for the kids warm my heart very much.

I slept after coming back from mainland until Sadish text me to go over to Lee Fong's place to play RISK. At first, the games went by in slow pace with everyone secretly and individually achieving their missions (each players has 4 missions). As hours passing by, players changed their playing strategy. Negotiations were carried among the neighboring countries, leading to the formation of alias between the players. At one point, Lee Fong went mad of the play safe strategy. He used his largest army base to attack Sadish's. After their "big" war, Sadish also went crazy. He took his largest army base, trying to conquer the army base of Chin Liang's. By the end, the game got very excited and the peace supporter conquered the whole world! I won my first RISK game. Yahoooo.....
Grey was my colour in the game.
