Working people look forward to weekend. Since I was sick throughout last weekend. Thus, I did not get to enjoy my first weekend of 2007 completely. So, I was secretly anticipating it today as I was almost recovered. Expecting a great weekly meal time with Donkoi tomorrow and doing some chinese new year shopping with him.
Actually, I had a thrilling experience travelling from Teluk Kumbar to Balik Pulau in CK's car on last Friday night. Dark and mysterious trees outside the car. A group of colourful light bulbs assembling outside of the left window. I always had the feeling that I would fall out of the car and fly towards these lights, like the parachuter floating down to the ground. Strange. There was a part of the road that allowed a car from only one direction to pass through. A little traffic lights were set up at both ends of that part of the road. We stopped at our side, seeing all the coming car flashing their lights to us. A while later, our traffic light turned green and the cars from opposite end stopped to give way to us. Imagine yourself at a highland, in the middle of the night, a mixture of threatening and exciting feeling. I just could not describe whether I like it or dislike it. Just an experience, which I think is a bit adventurous.
Another fun thing I did last weekend to divert my stomach pain was sitting in Borders to read snoopy comic strips. I was quite happy to find that Borders has a comic with a lot of peanuts comic. I adore peanuts a lot since I first set my eyes on them. Wooowah! Spent some time reading the comic strips again today at home, on-line, after work. Download some, which I giggled in front of the laptop to share with you.
