Stay Hungry. Stay Foolish.

I read three stories of Steve Jobs, which he included in his commencement speech in Standford University on June, 2005. It is so enlightening for a person, who always thought that an arranged life is a wonder. I never really participate in any ventures throughout my life. I am not a fighter. I am like water, flowing through the available space in front of me. I rarely give a thought on things I really want. I don't lock an eye on a particular car I want to get in the next 5 years. I don't see myself becoming director or CEO throughout my life. I am self-content with what I have. May be a little bit adventures will spice up the life and give a bigger picture of life.

At the end of the speech, he mentioned a phrase he saw in the final edition of a famous magazine (The Whole Earth Catalog) in 1970's, Stay Hungry. Stay Foolish. This is something I should equip myself with, I guess.






Consequently, I will not eat from now onwards as I really want to make sure I am hungry all the time as well as I will not tell you 1+1=2 as I really want to make myself very foolish all the time.

Obviously, I do comprehend the metaphor behind these 4 simple words. The capability to put these 4 words in to practise might be a big challenge, but I shall try...
