I'm a free person now until 3rd of July. I am wasting time away. I woke up everyday to attend shoppings and outings for the past one week. Nothing particular in focus. But, what to do when my driver has only a 4-page length analysis for his thesis?
So, I can't go home yet because of him; because of all the boxes still sit in my Parit Raja's room.
Wait and waste more time here. Why not?
Enjoy the process of getting rotten for may be the last time in my life. I might work till I die.
Take a longer period to say goodbye to my student life. Wonderful!!!
At the meanwhile, learn to cook more different dishes since I am so free. Yummy and put on weight! So, I can't go home yet because of him; because of all the boxes still sit in my Parit Raja's room.

I dropped 5kg since I enrolled in university. It is time to go and find the 5kg back. More cheese and meat will help!
Black Pepper Chicken For Dinner

Yesterday, I cooked black pepper chicken along with long bean, capsicum, red chilli, onion, garlic and chinese cabbage. This was the main course of the dinner. Then, I boiled spicy seaweed soup, which did not quite gain the preference of CK. Nearly failed my second housewife course. Luckily, the chicken was so well cooked. It saved my ass. Ha! Ha! Ha!
Kimchi in making 01
I was first introduced to this food during my travel to Korea. While travelling in Korea, I would be served with at least 4 to 6 different types of Kimchi in every meal. Some travellers detest the smell of the kimchi and eat only the white rice; some travellers find the smell of the kimchi accepatable and eat it because it is better than eating white rice; some traveller are fine with the smell and eat it happily. I belongs to the last category. So, I decided to try out the internet recipe and see whether I can reproduce the kimchi I ate in Korea.

#1: I got the chinese cabbage and cut it to quaters (advisable). As I don't have a big bowl at home, I cut the cabbage into half from the quaters. Then, I put the vegetable in water for 2 hours to clean off the soils and fertilizers.

#2: I cut the cabbage into small pieces. Then, I covered the pieces with salt. As I stirred the cabbage with my hands, water started to flow out from the vegetable. Now, I have to leave the cabbage for one day.
Why eating kimchi then?
- The materials used in making kimchi have few calories and low levels of sugar
- Contain high amounts of fibers
- Diverse vitamins (especially vitamins A and C)
- Minerals (such as calcium and iron)
- The nutrients produced during fermentation (lactic acid bacteria and acetic acid) help protect against cancer and germs.
- The fiber in cabbage is not a nutrient, but it aids digestion, allows smooth movement of food through the intestines, and helps prevent constipation and intestine cancer.
- Red chili peppers and garlic help to lower blood cholesterol and aid in blood clotting.
- The nutrients and activities of the various micro-organisms produced during fermentation are also very beneficial to the human body
