JB is upgrading their city outlook.
Along the Wong Ah Fok street, the pedestrian walk has a lot of newly-built fountains.
Ngee Ann City

At the HushHush shop.
It is a Japanese fashion boutique.
Look at the standing dogy.
This is my favourite cartoon character, Snoopy. :-)
The Hello Kitty also looked quite adorable in red dress beside Snoopy.
*Yi Ling, there goes my peace handsign again! :P *

CK is eating Japanese Bento!

Inside Takashimaya, there are many Japanese food.
The one on the upper right corner is Doraemon's favourite.
All looked so yummy, but were kinda pricey.

In front of Takashimaya, a chinese new year market was set up.
Over there, the stalls were selling traditional cookies, innovated cookies, cake, chinese new year decoration and etc.
This photo only capture half of the market.
Imagine how big is this market?!
Funkamania Dance Competition
Known to be the pioneering inter-tertiary event to promote the fast growing hip-hop dance culture in Singapore. This is the TWELTH year Funkamania is organized.

The main purpose to go to Singapore today was to support CK's friend, Chong Yunn in his semi-final of the street Hip-Hop contest.
Go~go, Jia You!
The standard of the contest was quite high.
The contestants were good and creative.
You just could not tell that they were just a bunch of tertiary students, who are the same as me, but definately they had something extra in themselves.
They are able to do something outside of their academic so well.
There are groups with Chinese, Malay and Indians in their own group.
Honestly saying, I was impressed how much better Singaporeans had intergrated among themselves.

Hip-hop in glowing outfit and umbrella.
Creative! Creative!
If you ask Malaysia students to construct a dance, I doubt how many will nod their heads and say "ok, no problem".
The failure of ourselves or the EDUCATION system?
And, would this Hip-Hop culture ever be allowed?!

Most of everything, the organizers of this big-scaled event were actually NUS students.
A bunch of capable youngsters!
Besides, the hosts of the day were Shan and Jamie Yeo from Perfect Ten.
*I just check Perfect Ten website and the website is so cool!*
Esplanade At Night

The underpass to the Esplanade was decorated with black-and-white photos hanging along it.

Inside of the Esplanade.
The whole place was so artistic.
Went in too late this time and missed the library,
I wonder will they keep a copy of Hypnerotomachia Poliphili in it...
Went to the rooftop of Esplande.
It was so windy.
A lot of couples were sitting lovey-dovey, while arm in arm with each other.
Sorry no photo to share here as my camera is lousy performer during night time. :-)
We stayed until 1100pm at Esplanade before we leaved for Queen Street, Bugis.
