We signed up for the YMCA during the first winter we were here. Donkoi said we could make use of the heated pool to shed off the winter fat for our wedding ceremony. But, as everyone else can imagine wedding ceremony is hell tiring, we wasted the 2 months of membership doing zero. That was the closest attempt of us trying to get to the swimming pool here.
When we purchased this townhouse, we had upgraded ourselves to be homeowners with the community pool right across of our house. So far, Mr Loke's family have been to the pool for 3 times. Today, I am finally available to join the 2 kids and their parents for the water. I was so excited that I had gotten myself ready by 2pm while we were supposed to meet at 4pm to go to the pool. It definitely feel great to swim again. ^_^
With the summer end marker (Labour's Day) approaching, the pool operating hours might be shortened. I wonder would I still get my second chance at the pool...
