New adventure. I went to try out new hairdresser at my aunt's living area. Finding this barber shop when walking at the Friday Pasar Malam of Jalan Perak. (Do people still call barber shop barber shop? Barber barber barber shop. I like to call it barber shop!) My aunt and I were in the night heat of Malaysia, brushing sticky skins of others, who fail to isolate themselves on the limited aisle between the stalls. This shop stood out itself among the other competitors. Silently, decision was made to come, to get unleashed and to let the stranger's scissors to perform its magic on the long bulky old hair.
On Saturday morning, I was there. Smile was on this beautiful and sexy hairstylist when I pushed the heavy glass door inward. First impression scored 50%. I sat down and communicate my thought of chopping of the long tresses. "Why don't make it shorter first?" The same look in the eyes of all barbers - I 100% sure you will cry your heart out tonight. Ok, shorter it is. Half an hour later, my lighter head had a small jaw-dropping because the fee was just so decently justified. RM20 for a hair cut by a gorgeous lady in a shop that has Westlife covering the old melody in new life.
Shop name: Reborn. Yes, I feel reborn after getting this new cut. ^_^
