Indulgence of good/oily/fattening/sinful food officially ended on the past Thursday. No more it-is-chinese-new-year-mah sort of excuse for 8 dishes dinner in consecutive days. After the unbounded food intake, I had put on 3kg. WoooWaaahh! However, one-hour jog is only capable to burn 200calories. What a cruel fact? *-| Let's pray that my KK trip will burn that 3kg away..... :-) (always fall on the positive side. cheers~**)
