Sick. Visited a doctor on Friday night. Been sleeping like a pig since then. Went to Bon Odori, though. I miss that event very much. (I never been to Bon Odori since I enrolled in university. So deprived!!!) Here, I would continue story of my Phuket trip. (What am I doing for still blogging this old grandma-nanny story? May be I have nothing more interesting to blog about... Sob-sob!)
Ice-cream
This is the first ice-cream we had in Phuket. We recorded the whole process of getting the ice-cream. Check it out!
One ice-cream was not enough to satisfy us. We went to a shop along the road to get gelato. Yeah, another photo with gelato in my hand. Yummy! After the ice-cream, we went to the 7-11 to grab two cups of instant noddles of Thai. It is same as those imported into Malaysia. No surprise.

On the third day

We rent a motorcycle to travel around the island. Look at our helmet, don't you just feel like laughing?! The view on the motorcycle was very different. We happened to see the blue sunny sea in a total breathtaking angle. Trust me, it is never the same inside the car/bus.

Patong Beach

The touch of soft sand. The sound of waves. I went crazy. I love beach! The first thing I saw when we reached Patong beach in the early of the morning was a team of cleaners. They were busy picking up branches and all sort of rubbish on the beach. Why the Penang government cannot form such a team to maintain our public beach?
Fooling along the coastline. Saying hello to other foreign tourists. Patong beach was beautiful in its own way. But, Patong beach with its wide open sea along and its agresive waves hitting the ground, claiming thousand souls during 2004. However, no scars were leaved upon the beach. The Phuket government was fast in rebuilding the place. The learnt lesson could be seen along the coastline with signboards showing the tourists the path to the tsunami evacuation center.

Sunbathing for a few hours. Listening to the nature music symphony. Rains came and went for a few times. It was so Phuket wheather. Did I get darker? Yeah, I did.

Bye-bye! The end of my Phuket trip.
Karon Beach
Start the motor journey. Stop wherever we felt to stop. It was so liberated. Adventurous as well because we would get lost at anywhere, anytime at this unknown land without map reading, but just depend on the road signs and instincts.
It is the biggest temple in Phuket. The buildings in this temple compoud were majestic. The wall inside the temple was decorated with drawings of Buddha. Many Thais come here to be blessed by the monks and receive a good luck charm in the form of a string tied around the wrist, which they believe protects them from injury and illness.Wat Chalong
Lunch at Yam Saap
The prawn was very fresh. I enjoyed it so much. Yeap. I am very picky on seafood. :-P
Last day
Loitering....
Posing with our Thailand hat at Patong Beach. The last trip to Patong Beach. I miss it now. Bring me back to it, please. Sob-sob.

Bye-bye! The end of my Phuket trip.
Finally, my Phuket record is done! Champagne please! Yippie! (Hopping here and there like a ninja) Anyway, I just made an entry at JovenLeangz's Animal Kingdom yesterday night due to a special request from Mei Sze in Edinburgh. You definately don't want to miss the feature of Horny Hoolio, check it out! Aware that it might be a bit messy post due to parasetamol effort... Feel like sleeping again...
